Your order

We despatch Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) and aim to despatch all orders on the same day if received by 1pm and next day for everything else.

Standard shipping is free in the UK, we generally use Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

We also have a couple of domestic shipping upgrades available -

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days and requires a signature; and
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery which will deliver by 1pm the next day and requires a signature - all special Delivery orders must be placed by 1pm to ensure same day despatch.

If you spend over £40 then we will automatically upgrade you to 1st Class Recorded and if you spend over £70 then you will be upgraded to Special Delivery.

International shipping is despatched via Royal Mail Airmail as standard - THERE IS NO INTERNATIONAL TRACKING WITH THIS SERVICE. Delivery times vary by distance from 3-21 working days.

We also offer tracked services which will arrive in Europe within a few days and the rest of the world in 3-10 days. The exact service available is dependent on the destination -

  • Royal Mail International Tracked
  • Royal Mail International Signed
  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

The Tracked services are fully tracked to the destination and the Signed service requires a signature upon receipt but is not trackable once it has left the UK.

Unavailable?

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time scales quoted above then please contact us and we can offer advice as to what to do next. In some cases we have found that Royal Mail fail to leave a calling card if they have tried to deliver when there has been no-one home, therefore the first thing we recommend you do if your order has not arrived is contact your local collection point. You will be able to find the address and phone number of your local collection office on the Royal Mail website (or international equivalent), or if you have had a calling card in the past then it should be with the same office as you called/visited then.

Want to cancel your order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both the delivery and return postage costs.

*PLEASE NOTE: During the summer months and the run up to Christmas we will sometimes experience busy period where we are unable to dispatch all orders within our aims - please be patient during these times, your custom is very important to us and your order will be dispatched as soon as we can get to it.
