We are happy to accept returns for refund or an exchange on all orders.
We will accept returns at any point up 60 days after the sale date so long as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and with the tags still attached – essential so that it can be resold. Please note, reduced sale items are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs on any return unless they have received a faulty or incorrect item then we will cover the postage costs.
We recommend for your own protection that you use a registered post service.
We aim to process all returns within 2-5 buisness days. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm.
When sending us a return please include a note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange, if you would like an exchange then please also indicate what you would like to exchange it for.
The invoice would be the perfect place to write this information because it already contains all of your order details, but don't worry if you don’t have it, just include your name and order number on the note instead.
