We despatch Mon-Fri, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day.
Same day despatch for orders received by 1 PM UK time.
We have several shipping options available on most orders.
Over Christmas and New Year we will prioritise Express shipping upgrades, but all standard shipping orders (domestic UK and international) will not be despatched until the New Year. Thank you for your understanding.

Express Shipping
Expedited 1-2 day delivery estimate and Next Day services are both available for an extra charge.
The Next Day service is the only shipping service we offer with a guaranteed delivery time, all other quoted delivery times are estimates only. For Next Day shipping, orders must be placed by 1 PM UK time.
International Shipping
Standard delivery estimates vary by distance from approximately 3-28 days. But most European shipments will arrive within 7 working days and the rest of the World within 14 days.
Expedited DHL 1-2 Day service is available to most European destinations.
Prices vary by weight and destination.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Occasionally orders may be delayed due to customs, this is out of our control and must be considered when ordering for a specific date.
Occasionally during busy periods we are unable to dispatch all orders within our aims - we would kindly ask you to be patient during these times, your custom is very important to us and your order will be dispatched as soon as we can get to it.
